Leak Detection

If you have a slab leak in your home, we will find it and fix it in a matter of hours.

Indications of a slab leak include high gas and water bills, hot or wet spots on the floor, and the sound of running water. A slab leak is a leak that is located in the pipes that run under the concrete foundation of your home.

We have advanced line tracing equipment and acoustic leak detection that we use to identify your slab leak. When the leak has been located, we will give you a repair quote before we begin making repairs. We specialize in slab leaks, and we are proud to offer the best service and most reasonable prices in the area for their repair.

If you think that you might have a water leak in your home, try these steps to help you find it:

  1. Shut off anything in your house that uses water, such as showers, washing machines, or sprinkler systems.
  2. Take the lid off the water meter.
  3. Look for the leak indicator. The leak indicator often is a red triangle or black and silver disc. If you see the leak indicator spinning, that means that you have a leak. Your meter may not have a leak indicator. If there is no leak indicator, then watch the dial. If the meter dial is moving, you have a leak.
  4. Close the main shutoff valve to the house.
  5. Try to run one of the faucets in the home. If water comes out, that means that the shutoff valve isn’€™t working.
  6. Go back to the meter. If you see that the leak indicator or dial hand is still moving, then there is a leak somewhere between the meter and the shutoff valve.
  7. If the meter is no longer moving, then leak is located somewhere inside the house.
